Sergeant Wanda West, 26 year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, spoke to the Dallas-Uptown Rotary Club today. Along with introducing Uptowners to the DPD VISTA volunteer programs, she also brought 3 of the VISTA program volunteers with her.
