Joseph Dougherty with Reading Partners, gave an excellent program on this outstanding volunteer group serving Dallas ISD. The group launched in 1999 when three Menlo Park, CA community leaders decided to begin a one-on-one reading tutoring service. Reading Partners expanded to include Dallas ISD in 2012.
